Syborg Twin Turbo

Okay I know we've been a little sleepy with the updates. But not to worry were working on the trucks. Just trying to gather parts for the engine.

Guy at Rockfordracecraft has been working with Jessels on the Lifter and shaft mount rockers. Once we have those we should be pretty close to sealing up the motor.

On a side note Ron ( Wilson Muscle Cars ) and & I have been workng on the locking versions of the hood pins. We just want to have options.

okokok, marty, you have 1 of the 2 140mph guage clusters for the sy and ty's also? is it in the marlboro? dude i wanna come hangout around ur house for like a week and just check out all the cool shit you have, u must have some nifty stuff.
if i can ask, how much did the 140 gauge cost u?

Good Day All,

I know it's shocking actually it's amazing.
We have Pictures - only 3 but we actually have Pictures.
Yahooooooo!!!

This is the first Photo (using the term photo loosely here)
I think it's the side of the truck with some string running down it.

Yep I was correct -- it's the side of the truck.
The Guy's are actually working on aligning the bed width with the cab width.
This is not for the faint at heart

The side has been pulled out to match the widest part of the cab.
Next, they are going to cut the back of the cab and pull it out to match the side of the bed.
Our goal is to have a perfectly straight line down the side of the truck.

I can't wait to see it in person.
But for now I will just have to live with Pictures.

ps - not to worry new camera is on the way.

Good Morning All,

The Guy's at Kenny Davis Hot Rods have been hard at work with way to many projects.
Dads 57 is back at the shop and the Camaro they are working on is just incredible.
Looks like it's time for another road trip to see all of them.

All the hard work is paying off, I can add one more hat to my collection.
We wanted a gauge set that would compliment the truck's theme and Autometer was the only Choice.
The new Automaker's gauges will look right at home in the Dash of Syborg.

It's hard to believe that all but one of these gauges are going to fit in the Dash.
3655 Sport Comp II Water Temp
3692 Sport Comp II Volt
3656 Sport Comp II Oil Temp
3603 Sport Comp II Boost (mechanical)
3663 Sport Comp II Fuel Pressure
3653 Sport Comp II Oil Pressure
3616 Sport Comp II Fuel Level
3688 Sport Comp II Speedo
3697 Sport Comp II Tach

Mounted in the Center Consule
3657 Sport Comp II Trans Temp

Every Guage was specifically choosen.
Five of the Small Guages are Full Sweep / Two of them are Partial Sweep
The two Partial Sweep guages will be mounted in the outside triangle of the dash layout.

I'm really looking forward to seeing if we can hit 160mph with this mini-truck.

It looks like the cab is off and heading to the Powder Coater.
The entire inside of the cab will be coated Satin Black.
Once the cab is back the outside corners will be filled with lead to smooth the gap between the cab and the bed.

The chassis moved off to the side waiting to meet up with the body again.

Wait, that's the Chevrolet Gate - what happened to the other gate.

That's it for today. Maybe I'll post and update on the Garage project I started in January.

ps - wait till you see the sweet T-shirt that Autometer sent me.
