Re: SEMA Ford

Here you go draggindime, this what i got so far.
Test fit the DJM control arms and spindle.

Modify the lower arms for the bags.

Got rid of those pesky spring pockets.

Re-test fitting the control arms.

Now i just have to copy the same thing to the other side.

I know he's running 24s. but not too sure on what size tire. I would guess 295/30/24 or 305/30/24??

Re: SEMA Ford

i just to run a 20 inch wheel are the control arms still needed or can i modify the stock ones to work.

and since you cut the spring pocket off where does the bags mount on top?

For 20's without a massive tire, you are ok just notching the lower control arm, notching for the tie rod and using the stock arms.
This is the best pic I have, but it laid on stock rubber (not sure on the diameter, but larger than a 245/40/20.

I have some other pics here, but most are of the balljoint flip.

Re: SEMA Ford

Well today my bandsaw stopped working. Found out the switch burt up. Couldn't find one arond town, so i ordered a new one from the welding shop. Sucks cause most of the stuff i need to do i need the saw. So instead i went to look @ the new motor for the truck. 5.4 supercharged!!
But tomorrow i think im going to do channeling(???)
