Re: [Project] UP? or downż

oh and im doing a mod s10cyncrvr did a while back. replacing the rag joint with a flaming river u joint. i bought the u joint last night from summit and bought another steering shaft from s10warehouse. that away i can replace it back to factory incase i need to for any reason.

im also looking into replacing my master cylinder and removing the abs with a cpp master cylinder. NickZigaitis has done it and i sent him a PM with a few questions im waiting on a reply and some more moneys before buying the master cylinder. heres a pic of it.. looks sweet! and has all the stuff i need to remove abs already in it!

Re: [Project] UP? or downż

I've never liked abs brake myself and have always opted to not have it on any of my vehicles. Unfortunately, the Blazer has it. But now since I see that this new CPP unit is only 200 bucks and has everything built into it, I might just go ahead and do this mod as well. It will be nice to have normal brakes again!

you can do it cheaper and without buying that master cylinder. search around and it will show you what you need. i just think it will look cool having that master cylinder and everything built in

Re: [Project] UP? or downż

Oh I know. I could just get a couple of 2psi valves, a metering valve and a proportioning valve and do it that way, but I'd rather have an all-in-one unit which will be much neater, plus a whole new master cylinder (which my stock unit may be in question anyway).

The Big Three upgrade, simply put, is upgrading the main three electrical charging wires in a vehicle's electrical system. These wires are the power wire from the alternator to the battery positive, the engine block to a ground, and the battery negative to a ground.

Re: [Project] UP? or downż

I was really surprised how much better mine handled after I dropped it, most improved handling after a drop of any other truck I've owned.

I know he can't explain it in words, I meant that after he does the mod to tell me if it's worth doing.
