Re: [Project] UP? or downż
![]() and for the sway bar, its the stock one and the links are right at the stock length. the sway bar would only be parallel when the sway bar is against the mount. is it ok to have the washer, then bushing them sway bar right against the mount?? edit - and tony, i dont see pics of your belltech sway bar anywheres |

Re: [Project] UP? or downż
You could help the angle slightly by rotating your axle u-bolt style mounts down slightly. I've been meaning to do this to mine, but haven't gotten around to it.

Re: [Project] UP? or downż
the sway bar is gonna have to be right against the mount to be anywhere close to parallel to the frame. i could really careless tho, i dont take corners fast. ill rotats the sway bar a lil n see where it gets me, past that, it is what it is.

Re: [Project] UP? or downż
yah djm in rear much better than the summit shocks. And like i said if you dont like the ride in front if its to stiff order the djms for front summit will give you a full refund for hte ones you have in ther enow. |

Re: [Project] UP? or downż
rear shocks are just as easy as the fronts. 2 13mm bolts holding top of shock in, and a 21mm nut holding the bottom of shock on. next on the to do list is buying another 4wd valance and smoothing it out and getting it painted, and buying another set of tails and having the reverse light part candied or whatever to make it all red. |

Re: [Project] UP? or downż
Nice!
yeah Summit Rocks , they have a warehouse in Nevada? or Nor Call, and the one in Ohio too so they always get stuff here quick as well. I wanna see your tailights all candied out, my brother has a 350 Z that he bought som tinited vinyl wraps for (his tailights), I wonder if they would do red? |

Re: [Project] UP? or downż
An idea for the tails.
Get some inexpensive euro style tails. Some of the first ones that came out, with the chrome inside and everything. Stick them in the oven to separate the lens from the casing and paint the backside (inside) of the lens with red stained glass spray paint (i.e.). Then put them back together and install. I think of the mods over on s-seriesforum did that years ago, and I remember always wanting to try it cause it looked so good. |
