ah, shut up! lol when i get my funds right. not like most people on here that get the exact amount needed and throw it onto the the truck, then their broke. i need to be paying for school and everyday things. i planned on being bagged, yes...but it didnt happen like hoped.

unless you wanna invest in my truck. im sure it will help you some how? hah

so, the truck got damaged by some tornado debris the other day, heres a thread on it: Tornado Damage!

well the truck is getting repaired here soon, all covered by insurance. yay, haha. I've been looking around the forum to do something new and I liked the look of the Bravada front bumper with a 98+ grill. So I decided to go searching today and found a deal. It'll get painted with the truck when it gets repaired if I can bolt it straight up, if not I'll just sell it. haha

haha, you must not have read right above the pics. yes, its a bravada bumper. got it cleaned up today, was in decent shape. i was gonna take the fogs off anyway..

fogs and plate box are already gone.

Im really wanting to shave the gate handle and third brake light but i dont wanna order them and not be able to get it done. all of that would have to be done by the shop. so when i go tomm. i gonna see when they can get me in, if i have awhile then ill be ordering the fillers for that. the handles might have to stay for a little longer, but if anything they will be shaved later down the road.

Yeah, the picture size had the text outside of my screen and i didn't scroll over. I just assumed it said "I liked the look of the grill".

bumper isn't gonna be adirect swap, if you look at the top frame horn bolt holes, on the reinforcement, you'll see that they dip down, when bolted up to the frame horns, it pushes the entire bumper up, i'd say, 3/4" higher than it needs to be, not making you be able to put the grille on.

i cut that section out, and just rewelded in some flat sheetmetal, making the top of the reinforcement completely flat, drilled new boltholes, and it helped it out a ton, still had to do alot of adjustment to get it to fit.

if you dont mind me asking, how much did you get the bravada shit for?

had to go 2 hours, and pay 200 bucks to get ahold of mine, closest one i could find

just gotta get the bitch painted next week.

i got it for $78 cash though. its all over te bumper in the pics haha. they had a few of them but i got it in between classes and could only pick up one.

i know man, sucks bad. but the front end is in pieces right now. Workin on the new front end. wasnt as easy as i though it would be. i should be ready for Turkey Drag though.
