project redo '96 s10
Hey guys just thought i would start a post on my new truck now that i am starting the tear down. i will not have any pic of the tear down for a few days cause digital is broke. but i have a few pics of before i started. my goal is to redo the rear road geater so that it is centered in the wheel well. the kid before me did the work and its off. it was his first air ride install. and then i am tubbing the front so that it will lay the frame down with the 22's. I am doing 22;s all around they are already on truck. so i will post pics and what not when digital is back. i am getting rid of heater and doing a under dash.
![]() Laid down on the 22's rear is about a half inch from touching ground front is 2 inches from ground which i am hoping with drop spindles and tubbing will allow it to lay down.(i know i have to notch for tie rods) ![]() it aired up as far as it goes as of now. the front bags need to be bigger he had to small of bags the stroke was only about 9 inches. |

Re: project redo '96 s10
well guys not much of a update the only thing i have got done is that i have the abs out of it and all the wires for abs. and i have started to lengthen all the wires so i can move then. all heater and ac stuff is out to. and notch for driver side is all cut out i believe just have to wait for my drop spindles to get here so i can make sure then it will be time to weld them up. so no pics this time but next time i will post pics will have had more done then.
