Re: Project: Peppermint Patty

Little update. Since I was free on the 4th I decided to go to menards and buy some clear silicone and clear out my head lights! Best $4 dollar mod I've ever done.

stock
apart
cleared
bye bye
also got some fine grit sand paper to clean them up a bit
Done, and the polish I used (thanks Beandip for the how to)
Installed! Check the bomb ass green letters

Next mod.....Wash it!

Re: Project: Peppermint Patty

I really need to cover this
New Deck!
Over all shot of the interior
Zq8 sway bar

Well its been quite awhile since I posted in this thread! The truck is fine and dandy. Had to put a new clutch in it during July otherwise the thing has been perfect with zero issues (2.2 ftw)

As you can see I got me a new cd player. The old one crapped out (also punched it into the dash when it did crap out). So I've been driving around with out a radio for at least a month. I liked it at first then it got old. So I picked up a new Alpine at best buy. Its a CDA-105. Had it in only about a day now and I love the damn thing. way better then my old one.

I hope to also update this gem of a thread more. Stay tuned!

Re: Project: Peppermint Patty

Big weekend!

Ripped my subbox out.
First time actually seeing what type of subs I had.
Beer boxes I collected
All cut up and ready to go
One side done
Completed!
Also, here my gauges with the LED's
Old black suede headliner
Ripped out
Old owners handy work keeping the suede down...
New!
Oh yes!
Junked this pillar
In!
Brushed some polyurethane on the box for some protection
ooo glossy!

Thats what I have been up to with this truck this past weekend. I recently sold my old Nova, now to get this thing under way a little more. Now the box I thought of at work, but I did get my inspiration from project:beer run.

Now after redoing the headliner, it made everything look so dark. I want a light grey/silver interior this time around. So I dunno what I'm gonna do about that as of yet. Suggestions? ideas?

Stay tuned!
