Re: [Project] Parts Waiter

For me to get to LA it will take me about 6 hrs driving 80 mph or so, way longer since we all cruise at 60 when going to shows more like 8-10 hours.... I would go to so-cal more often but they just canceled a show we were planning on going to other than that no truck shows coming up what so ever pretty lame...

Scene out here sucks we basically get all the guys together and meet up randomly... sounds like fun for you guys hope you enjoy all the shows!

Re: [Project] Parts Waiter

its usually not even the shows that are the best part. southeast showdown was awesome. drunken death metal karokee and an airsoft battle. good times, good times.

im definatly down for a cali run. would be awesome. like you said, stop in vegas and party it up!

There are plenty of show's around here, Danger zone, Forbidden, the show at lake havasu wich would be more of a drive for you, the Havoc show that just passed in fresno. Summer madness here in bako. Ludakris show got cancelled but it should be here next year, Reso is dead wich sucks but there are several more...

I wont whore this thread anymore

But you guys should definatly come out to cali in 09, my truck should be fully bagged, shaved, painted laying frame flexing kit... You guys seem real chill...

Re: [Project] Parts Waiter

thanks man. the show was pretty crazy. unlike any show ive ever been to or heard of. if the show itself was bigger, it would be "the show to go to." draggin through town while the cops encourage it, just plain crazy.

sucks it had to rain on the drive there. truck was clean. didnt really care about it after that. all my hard work ruined. and if anyone finds an a/c blower fan on 81 south, could you please mail it to me.

I love it, wish I could have brought my truck. For me, it's the show to go to, closest mini-truck show around, only a hour and some drive.

Re: [Project] Parts Waiter

i could definatly see this show growing. id be back if it wasnt so far away. it was about 9 hours roughly for us, start to finish. easy drive, just long and mountainous. pushin 5000 rmps at times. thought it was gonna blow up! just added 900 miles to the odometer, but i had a great time.

and ricky from sd is absolutely insane to say the least.

Re: [Project] Parts Waiter

and finally got some shocks on this turd. sd shock relocators with hardbody shocks in the front and some shocks john had for the back. rides soooo much better its insane, which is expected.

and the sweet intake setup for the edc. thanks to john for the idea. runs right into the engine setup. took the filter off that and stuck it on my rear when i changed the fluid.

and yes, i noticed rust owns me. it will be nice some day. . .

Re: [Project] Parts Waiter

Your truck looks amazing, gives me motivation to want to go back and work on mine.

Your interior is my favorite thing about your truck. Mine is similar to yours but I like the way your speakers were done better. I am in need of getting some of those vents on my dash. I have everything shaved but no vents. keep up the good work.

ohhhhhhh. Well then...your in luck. I know this guy that works part time at a shop called Getbored, maybe you have heard of it, and he is learning how to do paint/body work and he would be willing to do it for the price of zero dollars
