All this from one 10" sub. Song was 3 six mafia - stay fly. You can see the sunroof gettin the shit beat out of it.

I also got a video of some dead bugs in my dome light dancing to Bassnectar & Eddie Gouling - Lights. HAR HAR HAR

I also washed it earlier today, it looked good for about 5 minutes.

I'm looking at one of these, I have a 2 door and don't want to lose a bunch of space. This thing has amazing output for it's size: http://www.jlaudio.com/cp108lg-w3v3-...-systems-93133

That is really nice. I have a box already though and just want a simple 12 and amp. First I need a screen! The same screen pos_10 has to be exact! Lol.

It helps when my dumb ass don't put the sub amp on the rear output with a 80hz high pass crossover on it.

Here's better videos.

Nice! And I hear ya on having a black car. They look so good when they are clean... but the first time you drive it it just looks filthy again.

Also for what it's worth I am seriously considering getting a Sundown SA8-v2 for my new car. I want something small but that can really bump when the mood strikes. For those who don't know what it is do a search for them on YouTube. They are nasty little 8"s.

Went on a junkyard run today. I snagged a rear OnStar cover and lid for the rear. The black covers for the lift gate and a double din mounting bracket all from a bravada. Yes this will fit a 1.5din dash with some cutting.

Re: Project: oh who the hell am I fooling. NOBODY will read this.

Also I went to a local junkyard today. This time better equipped with my hydrastorm water backpack. Because holy shit it was warm at 90 and slightly cloudy. But I scored another sunroof assembly, head liner and 2 visors all from a non smoker truck so my headliner isn't all yellowed and I have both working vanity lights on my visors. They are stupid hard to find with the little covers still on there and the passengers side has the elastic strap as well and ain't stretched to hell and back. Long story short I found some broken plastic in the track from where it was all bound up before. So I installed it all in the truck. Only thing left yet is fix the brakes to 100% and get a g80 back in the back.

Well, he don't live far from me.

I also went to the junkyard yesterday, got another sunroof, headliner and sunvisors with working vanity lights and covers. All from a smoke free car. No more yellowed headliner for me as I don't smoke.

And today the crew cab got my old pioneer out of my blazer and grand am.

I got it muddy yesterday.

It was fun, but damn does a open rear differential suck something fierce. I guess I'll have to start searching down a g80 diff that still works for this thing.

Re: Project: oh who the hell am I fooling. NOBODY will read this.

Got my alternator tested the other day after sluggish starts in the cold weather. Turns out the voltage would not stabilize. I for some odd reason kept my cs130d from the 04 when I did the ad244 swap on it and stuck it on my blazer. So now I can actually run the rear defrost without the voltage gauge dropping to around 11v. Also cleaned the goo the egr puts all over the TB and caused me some odd starting then stall issues in the cold. So both issues there are fixed now. Weeeee someday I'll get off my ass and ad244 the blazer.

I replaced the pitman arm 2 days ago. Mine was the OE one with 14+ years and 200K miles. F ucked is a mild way of putting how bad it was. 95% of the slop is missing now, almost feels like new. I'm debating on changing the inner and outer tierods, It needs a alignment now though.

Unless your steering wheel is off center, changing the pitman arm should not affect your alignment at all.

tytotheler92 showed up here yesterday and we decided to the 2 localish you pull its. I scored a double DIN dash that looks like new from a 03 and a almost complete set of floor mats for my trailblazer.

Tyler also gave me a set of bravada door panels so I guess I have to get off my ass and find a pair of fronts and start working on a entire set of panels.

Re: Project: oh who the hell am I fooling. NOBODY will read this.

It seemed I got some water down my diff cable back in december and with this cold we just had of -17F my 4wd wasn't work worth a shit at 25F for about 15 min, so I borrowed a buddies garage and swapped out the cable with one I had left over from swapping front diffs in the 04 crew I had. Nothing hard at all, but the ice and snow dripping on me when it was under it SUCKED. Newer cable is on the now and the 4x4 works like a champ.

Decided to bust out the plastidip yesterday because it was hovering near the 60s. Redid the grill and tried getting the chrome on the bumper. Yea yea I know cool story bro. And yes that is a very fresh high rate oil leak under the blazer. I need to get off my ass and hose clamp the oil cooler lines.
