Re: [Project] Newhampshire
i would use 1 port for each front 1 port for the rear just use a t at somepoint
and then one port for the compressor and pressure switch although im not sure if that woud affect the ps being on the same port as the comprssor i did have it like that on my old truck and i never really had a problem with it |

Re: [Project] Newhampshire
my tank only has 4 ports i run 2 tees for the bags i run a 90 elbow down through the bed floor then run a tee at the frame. go from the tee to the valves very simple. if your gonna use a PS make sure its on the top of the tank and you will need to run water seperators

Re: [Project] Newhampshire
205-65-15 up front and the stock rubber out back...
and haha keep guessing radar. ive really run into a snag tho, the more i think about it the more im psyching myself outta this 4 link, i cant seem to figure out how im going to get both frame rails right and level before i start mounting things... everytime i try the truck refuses to stay level for more then 12hrs and then ive got to start all over again its ****ing killing me. im going to move the truck back in front of the bay 2 do the welding. how in the world should i go about doing all this... i need some sort of guidance or somthing here im starting to feel reallyyyy overwhelmed. im losing sleep trying to figure out bag mounting plates and trying to figure out how to get this ****ing **** level working outside where i cant leave anything metal without having it in my sight or completely welded down without worry about some fvckn crack head scrap faggot swingin by and scrapping my hard work. so ive go to mock it up, and weld it fully without letting any of the rear suspension out of my sight. at the moment im working with 2 jack stands, and fckn crank jack out of some pos hundai because both my jack and now 2 other stands have gotten robbed for scrap. edit - i also found out today both notches and the bridge are ****ed up. so ive gotta figure a way to salvage the bridge and notches because i cant afford ne more stock. Re: [Project] Newhampshire
If you have to use some sort of blocking for level and work low to the floor. I don't know how long you can go idle with your truck on stands but i had to get my link set up first before i can figure out my top bag mounts totally. kinda hard to figure it up all at once. You'll always run into snags. it sucks

Re: [Project] Newhampshire
Those scissor jacks are kinda nice if you can get more then one because you can fine tune your leveling process. What i did was put a jack under each rail under the radiator and level out the rad. support. Then jacked up the rear till the rails below the doors were level. Then i cut off the frame and did the same when leveling the new back half. Hope that helps

Re: [Project] Newhampshire
haha sorry had kind of a freakout there lol.
so i go to jack the truck to move it and end up running a bit late on time jet off to my 1 HOUR math class this morning. come back the 2nd jack i bought in 2 weeks, stolen truck on the ground from 11-12 this afternoon. Thats $100+ in ****ing jacks and stand stolen 2 weeks... i wanna shoot sombody. reworked the notches today and relaxing on that and the bridge. the truck cant have anything not welded or bolted down or these crack heads will fvckn steal it right out from under the truck. so i guess im gonna be moving it, welded in the nothces and bridge this weekend, and then hopefully my SD order should be here and i can finish building the link setup. |

catch the f*cker one day, just jack it up and leave it there for an hour and hide, and then when they come to steal it just jack him up.

Re: [Project] Newhampshire
sounds fun i blew the O ring on my jack so it does not work im using those ghetto screw type spare tire jacks! and a couple 20 ton house jacks. i used 2 16 inch blocks under my rear frame rails a jack stank just under the rear of the cab and the front of the cab just in front of the tranny cross member. it worked out very well for me but i was on a level floor. i wish i had time to come help you but im swamped with work right now and still gotta finish my truck. best of luck with the scrap guys some of those ****ers are ruthless

Re: [Project] Newhampshire
My SD order came in today, got all my endlinks and got wicked excited started throwing them togther and then realized..
haha **** i hafta weld them onto the bars still i cant have them assembled, lol so i assembled them for the pic pretty much stupid me. tank came and had a slight issue that ricky immediately took care of, im not on a super tight schedule so i can wait another 5 days or whatever for a new tank. but im gonna try n move it today and spend the afternoon getting it level and stabilized. ill have pics when i get home tonight.
