haha i thought it was pretty funny myself. Im not used to having to drive at such high pressures, this bed weighs a freakin ton. When i was cruising around in that video barely hovering over the ground I had the front at about 65psi and the back at 50psi approximatly.

Dammit!! Now I want a dump bed!!

The bed is freakin' awesome!! One question though, is the switch for your dump bed incorporated with your switch box or is it a separate stand alone switch?

Cool, I just thought it'd be wicked if he were rollin' down the street hittin' switches and then accidentally hit the one for the dump bed. He'd be draggin' plastic while ridin' the bed vertical. lol

Adam, you have pics of the hinges and where you got them?

And, how are you controlling the lift on them. The bed should come down slower to keep from bounding off the frame. Like a 1/4" valve with it reduced even more. What valve are you using Adam? I have a 1/4" SMC valve you can have if you want it.

Also, how is the bed being secured once its down?

This is correct about the movement, but the hinges are fine, it is the crossmember on the bed that moves a hair and allows for that little bit of movement. Its fine though, although John might look into it a little more about adding a little extra bracing, however after watching it closely this weekend it appears everything is structurally sound.

Adam, you have pics of the hinges and where you got them?
They were posted in the project thread somewhere around the august timeline, but its 4 Ball bearing Home depot commercial grade door hinges. I can assure you the hinges are not a problem thoough, they work like a charm and are solid as a rock.

It is a single 1/4" valve with 1/4" line. Once I have the truck back I might slow it down a little bit, but its a pretty good speed right now, I like it, however might slow it down just a tad.

Also, how is the bed being secured once its down?
