i dunno, im just not feelin the silver. I even made a special request to SD to have my crossshafts on my control arms powdercoated blue, because they regularly come with silver no matter what color the rest of the arm is.

The silver does look fine Adam. It looks really cool against the blue and black. Besides, you prolly won't see it anyway if you're doing the notch cover.

that would be hot for sure, but im no custom painter and it doesnt mean enough to me to find something to do all that. And I dont think i would want them black, thats why i dont wanna POR15 them

Re: [Project] Living up to my username

ya man the control arms are rather beefy. I love em. And I went over to a friends house last night (93 sdime on here) and he has the control arms in red and i saw them in action and they look freakin sweet. although the shock mount kind of hangs down quiet a bit, but i guess there is nothing you can do about that.

Re: [Project] Living up to my username

so would I man, so would I. Thing is I would need to find a good shop to do that swap, thats out o fmy league. i would have no clue where to begin...well I do but still I dont trust that I would be able to do everything myself. But it is definitly in the vision I have for this truck, just need to find a good shop and start discussing it with them. Anyone know of a place in Maryland?

Re: [Project] Living up to my username

Ive been doin a few little things the past two nights, been distracted with other things the past two nights so didnt accomplish too much.
train horns back on for good:

evap canister back on for good:

got my fittings/valves figured out, not loctited or mounted yet, just figuring things out:

before everyone and their mother asks what everything is here is a list left to right:
fitting that connects to air tank
flow control valve
check valve
fill valve
tee fitting with a fitting for gauge line, and fitting that goes to air bag
dump valve
dump control
