Re: [Project] Live-On
yeah i know he likes it. he didnt have the greatest luck with cars. i told him to buy an s10 bc they run forever. but he couldnt, he was like me with cams. couple v6s and 2 v8 ones. he used to joke with me and say i hope your truck blows up bc it has 205k and runs like a champ. then he would say you need to get a lt1 out of a cam to make it go fast.

Re: [Project] Live-On
Is your dad just going to put the same wheels back on or is he going to do more work to it? His would look good with a set of newer zq8's or some irocs.

Re: [Project] Live-On
Do you mean so you can get new zq8's or just new wheels in general? What are you looking at? And the truck is going to be all red again when it's finished right? Sorry I forgot.

Re: [Project] Live-On
nevermind, I guess you got the computer to override the anti-theft.
If you need any advice, let me know. Ive had my LT1 in mine for 5 years or so now. Id do a few small mods to yours as well as some more programming to help the mods. Stuff like killing the AIR intake, the TB bypass, and pulling the EGR |

Re: [Project] Live-On
forklift, thanks for the comments and sorry hear about your friends. i bet it was hard, and sounds like a very bad accident. I mean that day that i told my friend that he needed to be careful, is like so clear in my head. he just got his tombstone and it fits very well. It has a picture of him wearing this certain out fit he wore time and time again, and a pic of his cam too. i tried taking a pic but i cant get away from this glare.
and do you have a build thread? and i am going to do some mods i would like to do as much as i can with the money i have. and brandon i ll have to look at the can, i m thinking morton? |
