Alright, does this make me a traitor if I say I think I like the way Mazda B-series look better than GM's s-series?

It looks awesome!

LOL, it's ok, I am still partial to S10's but I do love the Mazda's. I can't decide which I like more.

Specific reason. The gas tank was relocated for the 4-link, and because of the notch and stuff. It was something I was capable of making myself with my fabricating skills. Lol

you know...some color matched vinyl and some padding.....along with a metal cooler or something....

That could be pretty freaking cool.

group of chrome cupholders on on side, along with a chrome cooler on the other... burgundy carpeting on the floor and gate...

Yup, you HAVE to do this now! I'm sorry.

Thank you all for the compliments. I think classy is a good description of the color as well. It's simple, clean, and still stands out.

Thanks man. Next project is saving for a bigger house with a big ass garage! Then hopefully an older truck project.

That seems to be the general consensus about making nice seating in the bed, lol. So I'll definitely consider it in the future. I just have some other things on the priority list to do first.

Re: Project: Lil Red (Mazda B2200 - Bagged and V8)

I painted the tops and bottoms of the wheel tubs yesterday. I used Raptor spray on liner on the top, and Herculiner roll-on liner on the bottom. I also repainted the calipers and shocks because they were bright red before. Only a few more things to do before the show this upcoming weekend, including wash the truck and detail the engine bay.

Re: Project: Lil Red (Mazda B2200 - Bagged and V8)

I wasn't happy with the ragtop in the truck. It just didn't flow with the direction I am going with the truck. Wanted a smoother look, so I ended up switching it out for glass. The glass is easily removable as well. I'm going to make a storage bag so I can pop it out and put it behind the seats.
Sitting in the cab and looking up, the whole roof is pretty much open. It looks really cool! Very happy with the swap.

Not sure if I ever shared this one, found it browsing through some old pics. What a difference.

Unfortunately I'm in a wedding that weekend. So I won't be at either.

I often take it to the Norwin Hills Car show on Saturday nights in Irwin. I will also be taking it to Camp n' Drag next weekend. And I'll be attending the Dropt Out show in Akron, OH in October.

Here's the finished inner fenders. Just in primer for now. Dropping the truck back off at the body shop today or tomorrow. Hope to get some paint progress this week.

Nice! Anyone know where I could get some of those inner fenders/wheel tubs?
