change the pass window motor, the blacks staying on the doors until it gets primed just because im lazy. the door handles arent getting shaved but the tailgate is getting skinned with a rollpan. and im pretty set on white for a color.

Re: Project: Highschool 1st gen daily *no 56k*

Upppdates!

Fixed it today, the culprit

broken alt bracket/idler pulley bracket

the broken bracket caused major leverage on these bolts which broke, luckily i could get a pair of vice grips on them

spare motor that came with truck i got the bolts and bracket off of

shitty dakota and its shitty 318 taking up ****ing space in my garage

motor/tranny/tcase about to be pulled on other side of garage

and all finished up, i know that my motors dirty, i need to clean it. but i live on gravel and its almost not practical

Re: Project: Highschool 1st gen daily *no 56k*

tonneau is coming off as soon as i get a friend to help me lift it off.. It weighs a good 150 pounds or more. its too big for me to lift without breaking it. It will be for sale. 100 bucks, has new lock with keys. New struts.

And no roll pan. But i have a couple blazer bumpers. One will be getting put on, just not sure which yet.

Edit: Nobody commented on the new taillights! lol

Someone hit me in a parking lot or something no insurance card, no note. My friends dad is the one who found it, it scraped the bed side under the tail light for about 6 inches. Creased the lower body line, and dented in.

No pics yet

Hunt them down, steal their kidney, and sell it on the black market to fund bags, bodywork, and a new paintjob.
Bitch deserved it.

That sucks man, I haven't done any bodywork on my truck yet, and I would be pissed if someone hit it.
