Re: [Project] Finish The Blazer (Part II)
the only way to get more is a canti setup, which won't keep the floor low, or sleeve bags again..........which can blow anytime.
the dominators have 9.7" of usable stroke, so it'll be perfect: http://www.easystreetair.com/browsep...Dominator.HTML |

Says for a 96-97 4.3 s10. I wonder why they wouldn't fit anything with a 4.3? (I know they would I was just wondering why they put that on there)

btw on the headers you probably already know, but if you get ceramic coated it looks a little better imo and won't change colors(I don't think, ha ha)

If you end up getting those then make sure you pick them up at Jeg's, they're $20 cheaper there.
Also, what do you have planned for the ABS? |

Whenever my motor decides to go out which won't be anytime soon I'll get a set, I'm not about to try and put a set on with the engine in the vehicle, looks like it'd take forever. |

Re: [Project] Finish The Blazer (Part II)
no. it's only tubbed to lay frame on 20's. and there is no way i could've gotten it to lay flat frame. i woulda had to make my pinion nasty for the driveshaft to clear the x-member

yes and no. i could run them if i wanted to, but i dont. all the tubs i have right now have to get cut out anyways, so it wouldn't be a problem. i just dont want my tubs 1/2" away from my windows, so im gonna stick with 20s

Thats cool. 20's will look good either way. Are you going to the rockers or to the doors? I don't know if you said or not.

Re: [Project] Finish The Blazer (Part II)
mine doesn't have it either, so i'm just gonna plug it off. it shouldn't be THAT noticeable. and the more stuff you have under the hood, the less noticeable it'll be.
supposidly, every part number has something different about it(some the headers themselves, some the y-pipe, etc.). just little changes, but my luck i'd get a set that wouldn't work at all. so i just broke down and ordered the ones i knew will work fine. it'll just have a little plug in it that barely anyone will notice and both brackets are done and boxed up, getting shipped out tomm for powdercoat Last edited by purplepassion : 03-22-2009 at 06:45 PM. |
