[Project] Finish The Blazer (Part II)

it started with this:
http://www.s10forum.com/forum/f30/pr...blazer-331242/

then plans changed, and i decided to stockfloor it. first i took the kit off:
http://www.s10forum.com/forum/f3/ski...chicks-381270/

after talking to the guy that's gonna do it, we figured up everything we were gonna do, and set a date. it's going in the shop next friday for a SFBD. for right now, im gonna stick with the 20's i have all around. it's gonna be setup for 22's in the back, incase i decide to upgrade in the future. im gonna stick with 20's in the front though bc i wanna be able to drive it everywhere.....and i dont wanna cut the shit out of my hood/fenders to make it not rub.

i've been gathering up all new parts over the past couple months, and i basically have everything im gonna need. it's gonna be all 3/8 valves, 2 3gal aluminum tanks, 3 viair 380's, 3/8 line, dominator 2600 bags all around, SD arms, 4-link, AVS 9-switch, dakota digital gauges, hydroboost, and more i can't think of off the top of my head.

i was off today, so i decided to strip it down as much as i could:

its ready to go in:

once it's out of the shop, and the BD is done, im gonna take it to have a full exhaust redone, and i've already talked to a guy about doing my carpet & seats. after i get it back, im planning on covering/painting everything inside, and setting up all my audio stuff i have laying in my room

Wow, this is awesome. How far away is the shop from where you are and how often do you think you'll be stopping in for pics? Can't wait to see this.

The carpet is heavy, isnt it?

Re: [Project] Finish The Blazer (Part II)

Cant wait to see this..Defiantly subscribing... I just converted over 3/8" line with my 3/8" valves and its not bad at all. Just wondering why 2-3 gallons? I run an 8 gallon with Dom 2500's up front and re'8s out back, but the front I can only fill them to full lock up once and the second time, barely get the truck off the ground. Figured it be the same for you but maybe its just me.

Re: [Project] Finish The Blazer (Part II)

If you could swing it money wise, now would be a good time to try to get your seats wrapped and other misc items painted or wrapped. Since all of it's outta the blazer.

i decided on 2 3 gallons bc of how small they are. you'll see why when i get all the stuff mounted

Ehh mine could have been done already and back on the ground. We have maybe a good 25 hours into the frame...you can knock it out if you guys work hard.

Have fun stuffing that 2600 dom in the front haha.I had to cut alot out of Al's s10 when we stuff them in there.

Goodluck buddy

yea i put some dom 2600s in the front before, its a shitload of cutting. had to cut the spring pocket all the way to the back of the frame and weld the seam back up were the LCA's are.
