well heres some pics of the bezel. i just got done sanding the first coat of 100ez down to where i want it, now im goin back out to put another coat on, and sand it again. i really like the way this stuff works, and it feels hard as hell.

here's what im using:

yep, it molds them together, and doubles as filler too

got the 2nd coat sanded down. the headlight switch is being a pain in the ass though, i almost wish i didn't do it now, but it will be worth it when im done.


and sprayed some paint just to see how it will look:




now i need to find a peice of plastic i can use to mount my gauges where the a/c controls go.

yea, except my headlight switch will be molded in. i still gotta smooth out the "ledge", fill the top mounting hole in, and mold in the peice for my gauges........................YAY, fun

i want to smooth and paint my bezel, its just i dont know how itll look with the beige/tan interior. how do you think a pewter dash bezel, and pewter painted door cup things( things around the interior door handle) with chrome handles.

maybe you should do your interior black, then do your bezel & door cups

looks good. I didnt think of doing that when I did mine. To late now, it's got paint on it lol. Im gonna take the easy way out and get the billet for the headlight, a/c and airbag pieces.

And yes, do the pewter on the tan!
