well heres some pics of the bezel. i just got done sanding the first coat of 100ez down to where i want it, now im goin back out to put another coat on, and sand it again

. i really like the way this stuff works, and it feels hard as hell.

here's what im using:

first coat:

sanded down:

now im gonna go out and put another coat on, and start on this too:

so that stuff is used to attatch the pieces together and you also use it like filler?

yep, it molds them together, and doubles as filler too

it's the same stuff paint toad used on his bezel

got the 2nd coat sanded down. the headlight switch is being a pain in the ass though, i almost wish i didn't do it now, but it will be worth it when im done.

and sprayed some paint just to see how it will look:

now i need to find a peice of plastic i can use to mount my gauges where the a/c controls go.

i need to rip mine out and fix a few things on it and repaint it though mabey ill start that tonight. wish i would of know about the filler stuff your using man that stuff should look good when its done!

yea, except my headlight switch will be molded in. i still gotta smooth out the "ledge", fill the top mounting hole in, and mold in the peice for my gauges........................YAY, fun

you might be able to find it at your local auto body supply store, but i couldn't find any around me, so i got it off ebay

i want to smooth and paint my bezel, its just i dont know how itll look with the beige/tan interior. how do you think a pewter dash bezel, and pewter painted door cup things( things around the interior door handle) with chrome handles.

i think it would look good w/ charcoal, im not so sure about the tan.
maybe you should do your interior black, then do your bezel & door cups

hah hijack FTW. i think itd be eaiser to just wrap all the interior, or try that spray, but then thats alot of work...

looks good. I didnt think of doing that when I did mine. To late now, it's got paint on it lol. Im gonna take the easy way out and get the billet for the headlight, a/c and airbag pieces.

And yes, do the pewter on the tan!

i have that in my truck, and i don't like it at all. that's why i went this route on the blazer
