I am sure it was me then. lol I am pretty sure I seen your truck in Royal Oak, but I think that one had a bed on it! lol I have never been to that carshow. Your truck looked fun to drive without the bed on it. I am suprised more people don't ditch their beds and bag their trucks! Where are you at in Michigan?

Cool! Yeah a 350 would make it better! lol I don't have a S-10, let alone a license! Hahahah I am only 14 years old. I joined the forum because I love S-10's!! I am hoping a S-10 will be my first car.

Re: [Project] Everything But Xtreme.

Yeah nice looking truck, can't wait to get mine, & start doing pretty much the same things you've done to your motor/exhaust . Also did the CAI & headers make any noticeable difference in the way it runs with the exhaust? Can I make some suggestions though? Shave the cab emblems & tailgate emblems off since it's a Bowtie for now. Send me the GMC & Sonoma emblems for cheap

Re: [Project] Everything But Xtreme.

The black junk is just the two sided tape that holds the emblems on. I use heavy fishing line and wrap each end around your hands a few time (wear gloves if you have ladies hands) and get the line behind the emblem and use it to cut through the two sided tape. After that you can either pick the glue off with your nail and spend the day doing it, buy some goo-b-gone and spend half the day doing it or just get a 3M eraser or stripe off wheel and chuck it in the drill then do work. The last method takes minutes and it won't harm the paint.

Re: [Project] Everything But Xtreme.

Thx brothaaaa,......... Lol a Black xtreme pulled alongside me tonight, looks like he had a 2/3 on top of ZQ8, it was really clean tho, i wonder if he comes on this site? Thought it would be weird if i rolled down my window and asked lmao.....

was gonna order my shaver kit 2mrw but i have other plans for the truckkkk. Ordering my New amp and Box for my subs. Im running 3 JL 10's, and i finally got a new head unit. I was going to get a Double Din but i dont feel like modding my 1.5 din opening. I found two 2 Din bezzys at the JY too! (My box is going to be black though, i have to attach a 34" piece of wood and im going to wrap that in black fabric so it doesnt look ghetto and slouch on that stupid Ext cab hump)

Re: [Project] Everything But Xtreme.

Got the whole truck debadged today, didnt get to finish the sonoma badge "tape removal" because it started pouring outside, lol the LS emblem debadging made a BIG difference in the overall cleanliness of the truck forbeing so small. Also smoked the tails n glossed em

What is this white and black truck you speak of?

Catrell, I think you gonna need a lot shorter tire. The blacks gonna look pretty good too.

Re: [Project] Everything But Xtreme.

Yeah lol im gonna run swirlies in the front n vette rims in the back temporarily because my two rear tires are shot. Those tires arent going to fit in the front but i want to get as much usuage out of em as possible considering they are pretty much new. They hqve about 85% tread life. The weird thing is they have the same measurements but i swear one looks fatter and taller than the other..... i also want to repaint these C6 rims gloss black. Any recommendations on paint/ clear coat that will stand up/ thats durable?
