Project: Clean, cut, rebuild, and save some damn cash.

My overall goal with this is to rebuild the engine, and get it ready to accept the hydrogen fuel cell thing that I built, clean up all the grease and oil, powdercoat some stuff, redo the wiring, and tub the drivers side. I will also be doing some gasket matching, porting, and polishing.

Here is what I am working with:

Replacing the timing chain and gears:

Something is wrong here lol:

Its nasty under here:

The reason for my engine being torn down. #2 is off a little, in turn its causing a misfire on all cylinders.

Gasket pieces:

This is how wide everything needs to be:

This before any mods:

The gasket:

Its going bye bye!:

During and after pics:

Valve cover (Powdercoated with metal flake):

First exhaust port:

Its closer than that now that its polished:

Cleaned the valves (before and after):

Finshed and needed to be tested then powdercoated (chrome):

This is how my truck looks currently:

Thanks! Their 20's (235/40/zr20). I completely rebuilt the engine and rewired the aftermarket stuff in the dash and did some head work. I powdercoated/ painted/ polished everything under the hood.

Thanks! The blowerbox is almost done and it will be powdercoated black. I am using a Chrysler a/c system lol.

It should be less than 2 weeks!

I did a little more today. Every power wire has been stepped up to a minimum of 4 ga. All main grounds are 4 ga. The engine to frame is 1/0, the main batteries are 1/0ga, and the alternator charge wires are 1/0 ga. I did some more work to the speaker box and its gonna be sick!
