OK, I spent about 2 hours a day for the last week and a half reading through all 86 pages of this build. Slappy, I must commend you for your vision, drive, and perseverance. I love the overall theme of your truck. Your attention to detail and quality workmanship are unparalleled.

You are an artist and you're fortunate to be able to show the results of your artistic passion to many appreciative fans. Your truck is truly something to be proud of.

Well done sir.

Re: Project: Brava-dime

I drug the bumper off, separated the front doors (skins payed the price) and lost another fog light in the weekends carnage!!!! I did take home "hard luck" award, 2nd open bed wild class, and a few other awards.............. but having pilot'd dozens and dozens of show go'ers all weekend was my ultimate award! ever heard "drag-it" at a show? I DID X10!!!!!!!

Insane build! Insane thread!
Mad props!
I'm way late to it, but we got shit-loads of RH drive gear boxes here at the post office.
I wonder if they'd be any good for this type of build...

this is true, stock column, stock steering components (tie rods, linkage, etc (just flipped end to end)). used a yota steering box with a modified pitman arm......... 1/2 yota - 1/2 s10 to fit both needed ends

Re: Project: Brava-dime

thanks for the shout-out!!! I was beyond stoked to hear it made it. (to be 100% homest, I didn't even clean the truck for the show sat afternoon). it had beer/wine/apple-shine spilt through-out the bed, inside/etc/ a pair of flip-flops inside/under the rear seats, some girls panties in the rear (don't ask, lmao), and completely covered in dust through-out from cruising the grounds thurs/fri night............. was a mad mess.

Sorry, your operating system is not supported just yet. The Chrome Web Store is available on Windows (except RT), Mac, Chrome OS and Linux. Why don't you send yourself a reminder to try it out later?

I'll have to try the computer when I get home. Not sure what the ipad issue is. Usually it works great but there are things that just will not work.

Slappy, how is this thing to drive? from the looks of things, the seats are on the floor. Also at the same level as the pedals. so do your legs go numb? is it uncomfortable? You als have no padding on those seats so that can't be helping.

Re: Project: Brava-dime

the seats are 2" off the ground, roughly the same height as the pedals but headroom alloed just this much. no numbness/sleeping of the legs whatsoever. I have tried pillows, gel pads, cushions and even memory foam but they just don't help the "ass-to-wood" feel after so many miles. I find myself shifting from cheek to cheek on long drives (2+ hours or more). ive just gotten used to the no-pad drive.

it is still all but amazing the truck is still alive after the abuse its seen, fun times its had and miles its driven. everytime I get into it, I feel like it could be the last so I live/love every chance I can
