Re: Project: Brava-dime

im slowly slippin into HELP-HOOD!!!!
i cant find a "decent" price for a matching 3rd brake lense. fbi mini is back ordered 6+ month, lmc is no bueno, craigslist is no as well and ebay has 2 for sale. (one is for a x-cab so that leaves one and that one wont work), but $32 shipped to the door. ANYONE KNOW ANYONE???????

Re: Project: Brava-dime

98layinframe -ehh.. shave the third brake light off.. problem solved.
you know, i am one impatient summ bitch and as soon as i looked everywhere to find a clear lense (and found that were gonna be 3 times what i payed for the tails themselves) i went out to the garage and cut/bent up a piece of metal just in case. its ready to weld in, just giving myself til sunday to find one...... good call sir!!!!!

pewter_dime_99 -stylintrucks has em in stock... but they are about 30 bux too.
damn wish i still had mine, it was 10bux 4 years ago...
yeah, i checked them, stillen, ebay, craigslist, summit, fbi, everywhere. i really figured those were crucified by the "non euro" owners and people immediatly ripped em off and shoe boxed em.

Squeek -here is an idea. these are my old ones i bought and sold on here a LONG time ago
the paint is on the inside
BTW slappy you're boy want to sell them fogs from the other bumper? i just got mine today

so you took em apart nd painted em, them re-sealed em? damn, thats some work there. i have some tail light fillers i could just have shaved the tails and called it a day. im just wanting to keep the cops at least sum-what happy (and off my back). plus the kandy tails will be just show-only so i should be good. the cops here would pull over anything, especially flamed, smoked, tinted, etc. he sold those bumpers within 2days off havin em man. sorry

leadsled2020 -if you are going to candy them I have a slightly yellowed set of them to candy and you could send me those clear ones....... just sayin
ummm........................ sorry man, i did not hesitate on gettin em sanded. next time possibly

Re: Project: Brava-dime

Yeah 3rd lense, I'll be home Sunday night/Monday morning so I will try and find my old one then and I'll send you this one. I don't need anything for it, I'm mad at it, it yellowed 6 months after I got it.

YER KIDDING ME, RIGHT? WELL CRAP, the story of my life. i tried to get rid of the console many times over the last year and just 2 days ago i took a sawzall to it and threw it out. the INDEPENDENT thing is (or was) a goof man, a solid goof that has kinda exploded. i have talked to my boy SCOTTY and he said we should run with it. we are just 2 guys that are takin it all back to when we first met at the 1st dangerzone. 5 years later were still hangin and doin our thing. we are supposed to get together this weekend and check out his new suede interior and system. lemme throw a few ideas off his nugget and see what he says. were getting some logos made up as we speak and a dozen shirts are on the drawing board. will get atchu hopefully by monday and see what we are seriously contemplating......
