GCSU in Milledgeville, Ga. I'll be coming home most weekends and it will be like a 4-5 hour round trip. I don't want to put that on the truck. I really want a car anyways.

why come home on the weekend man. that's when anything good happens in college. i only came home if really needed something and it would only be for the day. alright i got an idea. keep your truck your first semester and see how it suits you. if you still want a car by the time winter break rolls around, then go for it.

I go to OSU and it is a 5 hour round trip to and from school also. I can see why you wouldn't want to drive it that much, it is cramped as hell, especially if someone rides with you home. For me though, its worth it, cruising campus on the weekend while everyone is walking around drunk is always a good time.

Are you wanting an s14/240 for the practicality? Or just cause you want something a little quicker? They're easy and fun to upgrade engine-wise, but it'll be a constant project most likely.

basically both. If I even modded it it would mostly be small suspension stuff.
