Lets give this one last try.
Some of you may have seen my truck before
How i got it ![]() ![]() Took off the stickers painted the front bumper, got rear speakers, fix the whole rear end suspension, new ball joint up front, muffler fixed, and the rear diff rebuilt. ![]() ![]() Then one night driving down the high way a raccoon decided it was smart to run infront of a car doing 80 so that put a crack in the front bumper so i got a free ls bumper from drmrman. ![]() Then i was pretty much done with the truck and was gonna sell it but no1 wanted a lowered blazer. And stupid me listening to my brothers and dad saying lift it and try to sell it, i put a 2inch body lift in, some moog5664 coils in, ripped out the drop blocks and took off the side skirts. ![]() ![]() While i was waiting for it to sell i took it off roading twice, first time i got stuck. ![]() Second time i blew out 3 tires. (sorry no pictures) After seeing it up on jack stands for a week and seeing pictures of it lowered and other blazers i couldnt help myself and i knew what had to be done. I got 2inch wheel spacers and first gen zq8s wheels from drmrman for a small price. ![]() ![]() ![]() And new MSD spark plug wires and AC Delco Platinum plugs. ![]() This is where i stand today. Unfortunately i got the swine flu 3 days ago so i missed out on work which means i am unable to purchase my new front drop coils and roll pan in two weeks and ofcourse i cant work on the truck. ![]() Future plans : Full engine tune up, 3in belltech drop leafs, 1inch belltech drop coils, i already have 2inch belltech drop spindels, new control arms (dont kno which kind yet), black c6 rims, SS bumper, SS mirros, Roll Pan from SD, Ram air cowl hood, bolt in notch from SD, all new shocks, 5spd conversion, possibly ripping out the engine and putting a v8 in it but that will be next winter most likely after i finish up school (Goin to Lincoln Tech so i can futher my knowlodge with engines, transmissions, and drivetrain) and a few things in the interior like new seats, led dash conversion, and a kicker system. Will keep you guys updated with pics once i get rid of this pig flu ![]() Last edited by Fortunat72 : 11-05-2009 at 06:43 PM. |

Best of luck. |

Re: Lets give this one last try.
Maybe after some lift spindles and shackles or stock non zq8 blazer leafs it would look more respectable as a "lifted" truck. (again sorry just not a fan of body lifts by them selves on S series trucks.) My main point was the truck looked nice, and sat at a nice stance. Ya lifted it up and made it look goofy, and now came back to your senses and are going to lower it back down. Just hope it rides nicer for ya the second time around.
