So this is a Crew on an Excab frame? If so lots of pics on the body mountings would be awsome.

Re: k^wood's daily driver build
no but i can tell you thats all i did for the moment lol! i hacked the front off the bed....i expect to see my truck in the most hacked thread in day now! i need to cut the front panel out of the bed still and attach it and weld the new front bed mounts on. turns out there a lot of small differences in the cabs them selves for heater mounting provisions and the dash mounts are diff too so i kinda got around the dash difference. i have no heater in there now i roll with a squegee and rain-x lol. lookin at under dash units now or may try building out of my own swooped up a super clean 1st gen bench seat to put in. swaped in a blazer harness for the rear doors and turns out that gm made several changes in the harnesses so i will be re-pining most of the window harness and modifing it to work with mu stock harness. |

Re: k^wood's daily driver build
i kinda wish i would of went with sleeve bags for the rear too. i think they ride the best when mounted over the axle, which is what they are designed for. bellowed bags are designed to be used in a leverage applications such as on a control arm or a bag on bar. they are much stiffer than a sleeve bag and make the ride a little rougher when mounted over the axle. i recently rear about it in minitruckin i think it was in the ask max part..
