The red one cought my eye. always liked that red,but that 2.8 is a deal breaker. Member "J@mes" has a 2.8 2wd 5speed,and its a sloth...I lol at him trying to haul ass in it.I can hang with him in my '97 w/the tutu!! I had a 4x4 2 door blazer w/a 2.8,and my 4x4 blazer LT 4.3 vin W would've knocked its doors off it! shit,it was way badder tgen my '96 with the modernish vortec.

Yeah, keep looking. no pwr windows&locks is a deal breaker to,although its stupid easy to add that shit on the old trucks,but....still way more involved then I'm sure your willing go.

I had a few reliable sources inform me that your extremely lazy..justsayin

Re: Bravada progress

I don't really care if its slow I just like the 4.3 sound and reliability. I also don't really care about pw or pl but I do want cruise.
I'd love to find one with the cpi but thats a tall order. I also considered a first gen blazer but I really have no use for one. Although there is a lot of 94's out there with the cpi.
I don't think I'm lazy I mean I do have two jobs. I'm just sick of fixing my cars all the time lol.

Depends on the job. some jobs are lazy people jobs, lol.

As long as you buy, drive, use,or own old ass cars your going to have to work on them. It's inevitable.trust me,I hate it too...the spending money part tho, lol.

Re: Bravada progress

Well they're not hard jobs but they're not lazy people jobs either.
Yeah I understand that but I don't think I should have to work on it every weekend!

not bad, considering what was wrong with it. I have heard the lesabres are decent on gas, never been in one myself though.

Re: Bravada progress

Yeah I think it was a fair price.

Well the lesabre already needs something fixed. It's small though only a coolant temp sensor. But I can't get it out because the previous owner stripped it. Its killing my mpg right now I'm only getting 20ish.

Re: Bravada progress

did the 's' fall off the buick?

For the longest time I had a neighbour that drove an ick century.

Looks like a pretty nice car, we had a 1998 Pontiac Bonneville in the auto tech shop, it was the teacher's and he rebuilt the 3.8l with a supercharger, I didn't think that big car would move that fast lol.
