I cant take credit for that Haggard Fab welded the tank up I tried but had a bunch of pin holes so I cut out what I did and took it to him turned out great. Probably one of the only things that wont be done by me on this build.

I think the gas tank has to be TIG welded to be leak free, but I could be wrong. Looking great though man! I like your work

Re: Bagged & Bodied 4 Door Blazer

Ok so I was out in the garage today trying to figure out my rim backspacing and offset. And I came up with 22x8.5 rim with 4.75 backspacing. Thats a 0 offset correct?

Re: Bagged & Bodied 4 Door Blazer

Well Ive been spending a little time out in the garage lately and got a little bit of work done.
Welded in some shear plates cut out of 1/4".

Dont mind the hammer marks inside the wheel tub she needed a little massaging to get it as close as possible to the outer body skin.

Got myself a new toy JD2 model 38 bender this thing works great!!

Put some bracing in out of 1.25" x .25" wall round dom tubing.

Also got the tubs welded in

Front shocks reinstalled after moving them cause the new control arms were hitting the upper shock mount.

Istalled my exhaust manifolds and they just barely clear the steering shaft.

So now that all the fab work on the frame is done I started working on the floor.

Threw the rear seat in to get an idea of what I need to do with floor in that area. Thankfully it doesnt look like its going to be to bad.

Not really sure what the loop in the back seat is for. Assuming driveshaft loop, but why does it need to come up so high? Would probably be easier to figure out seeing it in person. Looks good though. Nice work.

The driveshaft only clears it by a 1/2" when laid out. Still need to do some cutting to the floor and make the new tunnel.
