small muffler yes.. 3-4 feet isnt a small distance really.. that pretty much what i have right now.. the reason why the drivers header would come out the pass side and vise versa is, because under the rad support is where id put the mufflers.. but liek i said its all up in the air right now.. i need to drop the front frame horns to compinsate for the bd, and then go from there see how everythign fits and if there is enough room for the front mount exhaust. if its more work then anythign ill just build a new drivers side header so it doesnt interfere with the steering shaft.. and run the exhasut out the rear...

Re: 3+ years in the making

Thats some nice work. Floor looks immaculate.
With all that work, it would have been nice to angle the fillers on the side so it doesn't look like a curb though.

Nice truck regardless.

Is that a crease in the wheel well lip towards the bottom behind the wheel?
Just curious, it looks like the panel got pushed in from laying it out.
This blazer is so awesome! I can't wait to start cutting into mine.

Re: 3+ years in the making

you can kinda see how the fuel cell tray and storage will look.. tank will not be mounted using those tabs.. it will have two straps and rubber padding all around it.. i have heard horror stories about peoples tanks cracking being mounted on the lil brackets...

more to come...

Re: 3+ years in the making

more progress... looks like my storage area can also double as a cooler for the show season... its 11" deep and 33 inches long.. lots of space to store shit, or lots of brews.....

far right is where my yellow top will go...

far left still need to close off that area where the gas filler neck used to go...
