and this is pretty much up to date.....
well here it was a few hours earlier before it got ripped apart...  and here was what it was like last night...  and a few hours later tonight...  started to reduce the wiring harness down again.. since all the computer and stock guages are gone...  |

few goodies came a few days ago..
notches, sleeve bags, silencers, guage, swithbox, also have but not pictured is an 5 gal tank, and im waiting on 4 vlaves.   today i cut.. put the new plasma to work 5 mins later this is what i have.. a huge hole    dash tacd back together.. and mocked up.. its just sittign in there.. and propped up, and lots of metal needs to be added to it.    shocks removed, gas tank lines cut, bolt in notches removed ( some guy before me welded the bolt in nothces in addition to the bolts...  )gas tank crossmeber cut out, and a few misc things removed...gettin ready for the notches and putting the link in.   |

notches welded in today... most of the welds are pretty nice.. few are poopy lookin.. notches are welded inside and out where ever it was possible to weld in the notch i did.
 for the **** of it the outside notch got a big old plug weld.. just a lil extra strength    these are what most of the nice welds look like  |

4 link tac'd in... notched the xmember for now.. gotta see when the trucks on the ground if i really need to build a new one or i can get away with a small c notch
  haha you guys thought i wasnt gonna build a new xmember... lol i was just playing of corse i was going to have to make a new one... i needed to mock up the four link on the old xmember so i can use the measurements for the links on the new one... cut that drive shaft crossmember out... starting to build a new one.. and boxing the frame.    still need to plate this side...  |

todays progress. yes thats a huge notch for the driveshaft. tommorow i got make tabs for the upper bars.. then hopefully start on the bag mounts.
  built my own behind and under brackets yesterday.. 3 hours of cutting, grinding, then finished the bag plates up on my lathe and millign machine.   got the brackets tacd to the axle... and the f900 just sittin there.. (the lower bracktes are gonna recive some bracing and cleaned up some...)   |

looks awesome, the paint looks real nice, great progress. you getting different wheels sometime? your truck is lookin similar to mine right now, a big hole. i made my own behind and under brackets too.
