Re: Upgrade
The blazer was cool, but it was your daily, a good daily. But having the room of a fullsize is VERY VERY nice. Slap some HID's in it and some tint and your good to go. Although I'm not shocked as it's a near the pewter color in the silver berch metallic. Great color. Theres a Xcab GMC fullsize bodied on 24's I believe on mautofied. I want it soooo bad lol |

Re: Upgrade
lol.. everyones so funny. i love this place sometimes!
but in all honesty. i really dont plan on doing alot to it. i LOVE the way it rides right now. so whatever i do i dont want to change the ride quality. going from a blazer with a little less than 2" ground clearance to a stock silverado. its like switching from a truck with no suspension nearly to a caddy. i was thinking of removing side molding and badges n stuff today, but i think im going to hold off as long as i can to see how long i can stand driving a all stock truck LOL scotty, your hilarious! Re: Upgrade
Colormatch the mirrors
Get colormatched Esky handles Get a 3" spindle lift, 1" or 2" block in the rear And get some 285's and debadge If you go any lower than 4" in the rear, you might want to get a 2pc driveshaft, cuz it will rub. Hit up GMFullsize.com Last edited by Grohe : 03-28-2009 at 01:09 PM. |

Re: Upgrade
Nice truck man. I bought a fullsize back in july. If you think the stock light are bright, put some HIDs in the low beams and fog lights. It makes a hell of a difference. I got mine from www.vvme.com for a good price. I wish I got 19mpg. Im barely getting 14mpgs but mine is the vortec max edition.
