I personally thought the stepside only looked good on bagged trucks, and i had no plans of baggin, and at certain angles the rear looked TINY (pic # 2)....fleet makes the truck look longer and more porportioned too IMO

Stepside look better on regular Cab I tink

wiht ext cab it's 50/50. depend what you prefer...

but fleetside is more pratical. I can't put my Atv in my stepside bed

i think the stepsides look better with out tops like those on them. makes the truck look goofy in some way. i dont know. as a stepside owner, i will say that it looks better with the fleetside. all my stepside brothers will kill me now.

not at all i actually agree with you. imo stepsides only look good on reg cabs.

Looks nice, but 5" drop?, Im assuming 3.5" drop(minus 1.5 ZQ8). Why so much? Im only down 2" from factory and I'm that low. Maybe the year difference, '01's sat a bit higher?

it wasnt a ZQ8 to start with....so i got the front converted to ZQ8 coils & drop spindles (3.5)....the rear i did 4" leafs and 1" blocks..
it sits level now

i made the switch too, had a stepside, got in a fight with the gaurdrail, bought a fleetside the same color as my truck with hardly any damage for 200... everyone wanted at least $1000 for a stepside

his fleet had a few more dings than mine lol, but its all good...i think the stepside looked good on his reg cab, and this one looked better on mine
