my 98 s10

just got new paint, added the xtreme body kit, a roll pan, hard cover, cowl hood, and a lowering kit......the stripes are painted on and hand layed....you cant even feel them.....really like the way it turned out, but i am looking for a set of 18's or 20's for it.....so let me know what you have but here are the pics.....i forgot to put that added led tails and third brake light. in the pics the hard cover and tailgate arent on yet because we didnt paint the cover at the same time as the truck and we took the tailgate off to line the stripes on the cover with.....

Re: my 98 s10

it attaches just like the base of the stock one does.....the only custom thing i had to do for it to work was i sautered the wires together so it would plug right in....works great!

Re: my 98 s10

do you have a pic of the back of the truck from a distance? i wanna see what those led tails look like at different angles, im really considering buying them.

nice truck too i wish they made those 3rd brakes for exteded cabs tho... and the hood looks sick with the stock stripes. looks just like a custom out-of-the-factory xtreme, if that makes sense... you did a good job man

Re: my 98 s10

http://www.suicidedoors.com/KPCompon...04-LinkKit.php Could be be KP 4 link kit. Either way most likely its just the link setup, ur still gonna need to get notches and weld em in, bags, valves, tank(s), line... check into the baggin it section for some idead of what it involves.

Re: my 98 s10

it means its a forward facing triangulated 4 link, and by making it into a 6 link, hes saying you can add 2 more bars facing the rear, making it a 6 link.

2 lower bars attaching from the axle to frame parallel with the frame.
2 upper bars at a harsh angle from center of axle to the frame
2 more lower bars from the axle to the rear of frame parallel to frame

thus a 6 link.

from the sounds you dont know what it is or what bagging is, so id shy away unless you do alot of reading up on here.
with a 4 link your more than likely going to have to run a fuel cell in the bed, notch the frame, cut out the center of the bedfloor, and probably cut part of your wheel wells out too, its not easy, especially if your asking how to make a 4 link into a 6 link.

Yeah it sounds like he is trying to sell you the KP 4 Link Setup. You can add the rear lift parts separately to turn that 4 link into their KP 6 Link Setup. Once again its strictly a link system only, there is no notches, bags, valves, line... so that will be more items that need to be purchased. I believe the 4 Link itself is a bolt on setup but you would need notches welded in. I highly suggest checking out the baggin it section here on s10forum and then looking through www.suicidedoors.com to get an idea of costs that will be needed. We also have many new vendors such as avs, krys dye fab, waylayed, Streetnshow & Gauge Mag Store. Stay far away from companies named AIM or Chassis Tech or AirBagit.com... they uber suck and you will end up replacing it later with better quality stuff. I am by no means an expert on bags (hell i dont even have them) but there is tons of good info about it here. Also here is the link for the KP 6 Link that you could turn his 4 link into. Also i hear of many members buying the KP Fix It kit from SD which makes a full cross member and diff bracket. http://www.suicidedoors.com/KPCompon...tileverKit.php
and the sd.com KP Fit It Kit = http://www.suicidedoors.com/KPConversionKitforS10.php
