i not even sure what brand they are i got them at the bike shop i got the bike from. the front stand is all right there are springs to keep the tabs in pita i will be modding these.

Those are some cool restored dirtbikes... I'd like to do up an even older one myself.

Also I'm jealous of any Supermoto or Buell.
Yet to drive a supermoto on the street but I have driven a few Buels... Handsdown the most responsive bikes I've ever ridden.

well thats cool id just hate to see a bike like that never used for its purpose. alot of sportbikes are never pushed in a corner. i can understand if you dont live near corners

Here are some pics of my rides and my current project...

'78 Kz1000 Streetfighter along with my '00 Ducati 750 Monster. The Kz is stock framed and stock engine, but the suspension has been upgraded to 17" rims and way better brakes. The Duc is pretty stock, just has jetted carbs, slip-ons, tail chop, Corbin seat and clip-ons.


And then there's my 5+ year project (don't ask). It's a '76 Kz900. Engine will be 1428cc 13.5:1CR with ported head, flatslides, and all kinds of other go fast goodies. Frame is braced and mono-shocked. It'll have Gsxr USD forks and custom extended swingarm with a 6" Busa rim. Pretty much every piece will have been modded or custom when I'm done. BTW, it should still be street legal when I'm done.

guess i never posted my project..

picked it up out of IL this last i believe july.. i sold alot of shit and pulled alot of strings.. and when the planets finally aligned and brooms stood on end i got it

it's an 84 yamaha rz350

was a full on race bike and the motor is on its last leg. I am in the process of pulling it apart and building a 370 long rod motor ( rd400 rods on stock banshee crank, with blaster pistons) with the rz powervalves it should be the tourquiest 2 stroke around pushing around 65-75 rwhp

for mods..

Spec-II full fairing
Spec-II front fender
Spec-II solo seat
Spec-II pipes
Spec-II Telefix clipons
progressive fork springs
taper roller neck bearings
Motazzi rear sets( i think, i forget the name)
BT45 tires
stainless brake lines
some aftermarket 6 petal reed cages
