stock shocks work great. i'm dropped like a 6/6.

and good choice david! indigoblue xcabs FTW! is it a stick or auto?

Looks like you'll be needing an SD carrier bearing soon!

I went to remove the bottom nut to take the shock off the plate and the shock bushing was seized to the stud. I just pushed the shock/plate up against the leaf pack and clamped it in place. It made it a lot easier to get the U-bolts and nuts on.

Its basically a 2/3 on top of the ZQ8. It a hair under 3'' in the rear. My bilstein shocks ride better then my Belltech nitro active drop shocks I had in my last truck. So im going to keep them in for a while.

Its a Automatic and I do Love the 4.3L. My old truck was just too small for me and lacked some luxury features such as AC, power locks/doors and carpet on the floor. It was a base model.

And yes I will probably get the SD carrier bearing X-member

I got some better pics of the drop when I got home from work
