ok ignore those ebd plans theyve changed again... my instructers at school are confident i can use what i have not and fix it so i been trying to clean the fiberglass work up a bit on the bed floor and going to use a good seam sealer of which ill get the name of later and do all my seams then use a bed liner which i planned on doing anyway...i been doing some reasearch and think I'm going to try herculiner.. gonna try to spray it on too..this is the updates for now ill add more after school tonight... its 725am right now and i havent gone to bed yet have s10 on my mind

made new L channels for the inside of the bed sides and cut the inside bed sides today to fit... gonna self etch the backs tomorrow and weld them on then fill the holes in the bed and smooth everything out to be herculined on the inside of the bed and bottom of the bed... hopefully this week ill be able to straighten all the dents in the bed and get it in primer by next week

sweet truck dude! li like that bed alot. i wanted to do the flat metal along the side of mine cuz i hate all the ugly ridges. didnt think about welding in all the wya down the rail lol. must take some time! how is a bagged truck and a v8 drive? any drive shaft problems. at full torque my bed droops and my drive shaft hits my cab floor. already gone through 3 carrier bearins this summer. dont wanna see what i have to do once i 4 link it. cuz ill still want to get on it. will only be at the set ride hight with the pinion angle correct though.

i mig welded the bottoms and side and tig welded using silicon bronze welding rod the top and sanded it smooth... not sure about any driveshaft problem or anything havent driven it much with the v8 yet

who knows i got 1 muffler i know 1 of 2 was bad and rusted through cause it was on 2.8l forever so i think i thre that one away

can't get the exhaust done in indy? i know of a couple shops around here who do custom exhaust. they bend the pipe and you tell them what you what and where you want it

they're local to me so it would be about 100 mile trip to deliver it to them. dunno if you have something to haul it. theres a place in linton indiana(you can google it to find the distance) called county line muffler,i believe you get a free t-shirt from them,lol. then in brazil indiana theres nicoson exhaust. i can try to
