4 Door Blazer Xtreme Conversion

wow that is awesome. so i guess there really is a 4dr blazer out there w/ s10/xtreme mtx trans in it. that is what i want to do. i am saving this thread so if i need any help when i do it.... next yr? lol. then i'll try to get ahold of you. haha. love it tho... i don't know which rims of the 2 you should keep on there tho.. but you deff have to put the xtreme's on and post up.

i will put the xtreme rims on this week and mock up the fender flares just so you guys can see it. i still haven't measured a 4 door tahoe side skirts, if it give's me the same measurement as a 4 door blazer then i'll use the tahoe limited side skirts even if ifs of a little i think its the way to go anyway.
i was gonna put zenon side skirts but they reach up into the front fenders and that'll interfear with the xtreme side skirts. the xtreme skirts go all the way down the fender

anytime during your swap to a speed just ask me any question you might have. now just to let you know and to make your swap a whole lot easier, if your blazer is a 1998 you get your self a 1998 engine harness with ecm from a 5 speed blazer or s10 with a 4.3L 5 speed.

i thought i was the only on this forum about to throw the xtreme kit on a 4door. lol oh well im still doing it this month but im throwing the roll pans on mine and leaving mine an auto. post some more updates id like to see how this goes. ill start my thread when i get my stuff in.

right now its my DD not doing anything to it for now just looking around for some reg cab xtreme side skirts so i can mold them together, and still haven't put on the fender flares yet. i'm gonna have trouble with the rear flares, cause they go with the rear doors

when i was looking into doing this to my blazer, i heard that the tahoe limited side skirts would work with some modifications of course.

If you end up going with the tahoe sideskirts instead and don't use the extreme ones you should let me buy them. I am gonna put some extreme sideskirts on my 2 door first gen. Looking very good by the way can't wait to see it with the drop and sideskirts!!

wow it was like feather light. the first time i went to open it, i was soo use to the heavy stock one that i lifted it up like if there was nothing there.
sort of like handling a big empty box with a sticker saying heavy load and its really empty.

I seen another 4dr with a xtreme front white too ironically and wondered how it would look. I like i though man looks badass! My boy had a 4dr too and went nuts with it, i loved it but still loved my 2dr!

actually, on the subject of the tahoe limiteds. they did not come in just black... the 2wd tahoe limited's came in only black. the 4x4 tahoe limited's came in only pewter, with a black brush guard and fog lights.

they also had the newer (2000-2006) body style GM truck dash and door panels. dont know how they made them fit, but thats what they came with. it looks good, but when you drive one its weird, its like your inside a newer model truck, with the classic tahoe body. and there are tons of the 4x4 pewter limiteds around here... and a good bit of the black ones too...

anyway... the blazer looks good man.

dude dunno if it is to late to let you know this but this site fiberglasses some for the 4 door xtreme instead of trying the tahoe. the tahoes are longer so they will have to be cut. but here is the site.
