Me and Foster Bro vs.Chevy Malibu
July 3rd me and my foster bro(driving a KIA) were driving from my house to go camping. We were behind a black, newer looking chevy malibu that was drving a bit slow, so after we got on a two laned section of road, I decided to pass him. I made it about one car length past him in the left lane and he sped back up and the person in the passengers seat did a cute little "bye-bye" wave
. We hopped behind him and followed him to the highway where I was going anyways. The guy in the car cut out as soon as he got off the exit ramp and I pursued, but my foster bro got stuck back a few cars and couldn't stay w/ us. I was basically right behind the guy until I decided to take an opening to get infront of him. I got ahead of him, but changed my mind because i thought cutting in between two cars was too risky(there really wasn't enough room). So, once again he pulled out ahaid. I cought back up about 20 seconds later after the highway went down from 3 lane to 2 lane. The guy decided to go in the high speed lane and go the same speed as the car next to him so I couldn't pass. At about the same time this happened my foster bro pulled back up behind. We had some other racing experiences before, so he knew what was up. I flicked my blinker to the right and off again to let him know we were gonna make the pass in the break down lane. I shifteed down to 3rd and slammed it. We both got in front and basically floored it until we got ot our exit. At that point the chevy gave up trying to catch us. I had a lot of fun and am proud of my first documented kill

Re: Me and Foster Bro vs.Chevy Malibu
Sorry for the confusion, I'm in my '98 sonoma 2.2l . My bro is in his 4 banger kia. I'm not sure how the kia would hold up against the malibu, but he did
I race my bro all the time and he can keep up without any problem. Also, I'm not sure how serious the guy wa about the race. I know that there are people that go balls out, blood for blood racing, and there are others who do it just for fun. My guess is that this guy just wanted to have a little fun
