Will I notice much of a difference?
I am currently running a Pioneer 10" shallow mount sub in my regular cab and would really like to install another one. However my question is, if I have two different brand amps and they put out different wattages will I notice a difference if I install the same subs? Will one hit harder than the other and will it be noticeable or what is the deal?
Also my head unit has only one set of pre-amp output do I just need to buy two Y-adapters to allow myself the ability to install two amps? |

Re: Will I notice much of a difference?
im not sure about the y cable question, but it will bother you after a while. and its not a very good idea at that but you can give it a spin and see what you like. oh and also, put them in different boxes too if your going to run two different wattages.

I wouldnt do it with different amps. FOr the Y cables you are fine as long as they are the same amps, or most amps now have preouts so you can just go out to another amp
