Sub/Amp Recommendation

I have a 2001 Tacoma Quad cab for a daily. I am wanting to put 2 or 3 8" subs behind the back seat. What would be some good subs to go with? They need to be shallow because there isn't all that much room there. I am going to be building a fiberglass enclosure for them. Also, what amp would you recommend? I mainly listen to rock with the occasional rap.
