i have these two subs, they are MB quart brand, they are 12's and supposedly can only handle 125watts each. does anyone know anything else about them? i would like to build a box to fit them both in my fullsize reg. cab truck but have no clue about how big i should make it.

heres a pic

Re: need information on this sub

I cant find anything either, MB Quart's site doesnt have anything either. I will keep looking.

::EDIT::

I FOUND IT!!!111

MB_Quart QM 300.92 SUB
SUBWOOFER mounting depth 4,990.-

02830079 308 mm, 225 W, 20-300 Hz

i will continue to search more

:EDIT again: also found it here

http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=es&u=http://www.zonatuning.com/f8/opinad-please-76038/&sa=X&oi=translate&resnum=11&ct=result&prev=/search%3Fq%3DMB%2B%2BQuart%2BQM-300.92%26num%3D100%26hl%3Den%26safe%3Doff%26client %3Dfirefox-a%26rls%3Dorg.mozilla:en-USfficial%26sa%3DG

:EDIT Again again:

and some more info on it
vas
127.4258
Fs 27.3
Qts 0.473

it seems as if i hit a brick wall, i cant find any more info on it..

forget what i said above, i found more info

12" Small Box Reference copolymer cone subwoofer
3 ohms/2.6 ohms
20-300Hz range
225 Watts max. power handling
requires 1.0 cu. ft. sealed enclosure volume

lol i will keep searching, sorry for the messy post.

edit again again again...well i hit another brick wall on the spec but at least i found the enclosure size. on the 225 watt rating, i dont know if thats RMS or peak so i would be careful on that.

Re: need information on this sub

i'm not taking much faith in the specs:

vas 127.4258

Vas is measured in liters or ft^3.......there is no sub with a Vas of 127

all the sites were from other countries so its in liters so a vas of 127.4258 liters in ft^3 is 4.50113 ft^3

but all the sites i looked though had similar spec, but im still looking. ohh yeah, its 225 PEAK power, not RMS.

Re: need information on this sub

well my 15" has a Vas of 7.801 ft^3 or 220.88 liters so that 12" having a vas of 127 doesnt seem that too far off.

thats ALL the info i could find on the internet about this sub, but at least you have the power, box size, freq range, and ohm.
