Looking for an alarm to match my remote start

I was given a remote start for my graduation present, never really wanted one but it'll be nice towards winter time.

It's an AutoCommand Professional Series Model # 41026T, by DEI. I'm not really educated in the whole alarm remote start and keyless entry field, so any advice would definately be helpful. Me and my dad will be doing all of the work.

Just wondering if there are any good alarms that I can use with this, thanks to everyone who views this thread.

Re: Looking for an alarm to match my remote start

in mu opinion its a lot easier to buy a new unit off of ebay that has remote start and alarm in one unit. Otherwise you will need 2 remotes if that rs unit doesnt have a activation input. You will also need to do extra wiring to bypass the shock sensor during remote start, and extra relays to bypass the ignition sense on the alarm during remote start. not to mention trying to fit multiple brains under the dash can be a pain in the ass.
