I've got a 2000 and all i did was turn off the radio by pressing the vol. knob in, then use the 2 buttons that say hr and min to change it...

hey man
i havce a 98 s10 too
all you do i simply hit the "set" button, and then use the "seek" buttons to set it....the left "seek" button controls the hour, and the right "seek" button controls the minutes....hope this helps...

To the guy with a 2000. You don't have to turn the radio off, just hold the hour or minute button for 5 seconds and it changes up. With no interuption to am/fm commercials or crappy music.
