Re: 12W6's or 3's?

oops, i didn't see this one before. you really think three w3's would sound as good as two w6's? hell, since we're on the subject again what about two 10w7's? i know they need a ton of air space so i hadn't even really considered them before.

To the OP, if your going to do the 750/1, Id rather see you do 3 W3s than 2 W6s. It would cost less, have more cone area, and be a great match.

I tried to edit, couldnt do it

2 10W7's > 2 12W6's

That's a lot of money though

not trying to be rude but i beg to differ kicker use to have the zr and zx amps that you could run three subs on that where 4 ohm and get good wattage to each sub and the amps where bad ass the only draw back to any kicker amp is they draw so much voltage from your electrical system

I said hit harder on that amp, yes
2 W7s on that amp, no, one W7 on that amp, yes (I know its over powering it, dont whine, most good subs like that)

Re: 12W6's or 3's?

little update... although i don't have any of the goods yet, i'm planning on going with one 12w7 and the hd750/1. maybe double that later on..? what do you guys think?

btw, so far i've got a premier deh-p710bt with c2-400x's in the dash and c2-650x's in the doors.
