Re: Smooth Interior Process

you can buy it at a real paint store....

i don't use it on plastic because:

a.it is not compatible with fusor and most interior plastic i do has fusor on it
b.i remove ALL texture so the high build of poly primer is not necessary

Re: Smooth Interior Process

Hey, I got a few questions. I finally got mine sanded smooth and ready to paint.(Black) Should I use a gloss black with clear, or a dead, flat black and clear to shine it up? Just not sure which I should use Gloss, or flat? What is the best clear coat to use in a can?

I have a simular question.

I have a dash board from a newer Grand Am, the covering on it is padded and soft, how would I go about making it smooth so it's glossy after painted?

If I fiberglass directly over it won't it just crack and peel?

Re: Smooth Interior Process

I got my bezel painted today - just used some red fusion paint in a can... I got some acrylic clear in a can and when I sprayed it the red started turning white and peeled off!!

Was it because it was acrylic??

Anyway I lost the camera so I'll take pics of it tomorrow.
