Rearview Mirror Issues

Im trying to get my rearview mirror out so that i can put a custom one in. What holds the mirror on the track? Is it just the track or from what it looks like a clip that holds it up there? If its a clip what is the best way to crimp the clip without ruining the glass?

Re: Rearview Mirror Issues

I believe you can use a small screw driver between the clip & metal tab on the window. the mirror slides up off the tab. hope this helps...
