digital dash swap
well i finally did it.
i swapped to the digital dash on a 1st gen. it wasnt hard at all really. i didnt have a tach before and now i do so thats a plus lol. i used this link to perform the swap: http://oregonstate.edu/~akeym/ heres a pic of it rolling.............. ![]() Last edited by NotaDime : 08-17-2008 at 11:36 PM. |

ehh about two hours total. well worth it. its just a matter of finding a good cluster, as most of them are no good anymore.

Looks great!
I recently took apart my analog gauge cluster in my '89 blazer to change a couple of burnt out bulbs. While I had it apart I kept thinking I wish I could just swap in the digital gauges. Maybe someday, if I find a working digital gauge cluster I'll try the swap. |
