Custom Headliners

I've seens some cutom headliners, but has anyone filled up the whole roof space in a first gen, or any gen for that matter? There's about 4 inches of metal cab space on my 85 left by the factory headliner and it just doesn't look right to my eyes. Anybody taken theirs all the way back, or even further down behind the seats? Pics? Ideas?

Re: Custom Headliners

My 88 was almost as base model as they came 2.5, 5 speed, vinyl bench, no radio, rubber floor, idiot light cluster, the solid plastic door panels, and the half headliner. The only option it had was AC from the factory and some stupid vinyl graphics on the side. The only interior light was on the drivers floorboard.

Re: Custom Headliners

Its even worse now, lol. No floormat, single drivers side seat, aluminum dash, just a sheet of aluminum to cover the holes in the drivers door, and last time I tinkered with it I was building a roll cage.
