custom fiberglass dash

Here is my dash ive been working on for the past week, still needs some sanding, but its getting there. (dont mind the wires, i took care of all that)

starting the frame

Molded to the center console



Just about done



In the truck with the gauges in, still needs to be smoothed out tho.

i would guess he used the stock screw on locations maybe? i dunno. good job so far man thats for sure i'd like to do that but not for my first glass job. is it just 3/4" MDF and glue with nails to hold it in? or screws and glue? looking good keep posting pics up for teh finished product man.

I used 1/2" mdf to make the frame and used the stock mounting locations, here are some more finished pics...

i had a friend do those for me a night b4 the show because i was finishing the dash and we didnt take his time at all, pissed me off. im either going to redo them, or i have some nice foam ill throw over it and cover it until i can make some new ones. lol
