60/40 Armrest Removal

how do you remove the center armrest on the front seats? its the one that can flip up to let someone sit in the middle and flip down to rest your arm on. the inside is broken in and want to replace it. id prefer to replace it than buy new buckets and a seperate console. thanks

Either 6 or 4 bolts down on the bottom of the posts that come up. Wanna say the 10mm but its been awhile since I tighten the ones in dad's truck up.

Sorry, on each side of the armrest there are posts (best I can call them) that the arm rest pivots on. They go down and attach to the seat. On each side there is either 2 or 3 bolts/screws that you have to remove and then the whole thing comes up from the seat.

Your seat might be different but every one I've seen was just like this but it dad's came out of a 94. I can try to get pics but it'll prolly be next month and i'll have to remember.
