I ordered a set of the new ball joints back in august and still haven't gotten them.I have called and left a message with no return call and no return emails.I just want my damn ball joints!!!

I sent a PM on here this week and got a pm back and then a call back. just include your name and p# in the pm. And no I don't work for them but there products are cheaper then I can get moog around my location. And I was placing my first order last night.

They seem to have great customer service in my point of veiw.. However since there sponsered here and have there own section, I would think they would check it so often and already responded to this thread..

I got a PM today only waited a few days but when I talked last to them on the phone they were really busy. I think when a company is out there like they are becoming they get busy times as either the 4x4 guys are looking for parts to replace OEM before winter or the 2wd lowered guys are looking to do the same in the spring or what not. I say PM and email is your best option and be patient. but for parts on order since Aug I would use urgant in the subject line.

i was gonna say i hope my oreder doesnt go this way. I ordered some last night sent then a contact request over the website they contacted me last night and let me know that they would ship out same day as long as i pay before 3pm. also assured me that the online ordering process is secure. but Seeing what they give you if they lose your order it wouldnt hurt my feelings too much if it got lost for a lil while.

Yeah from my experiences with them it has been great. I am very pleased. Ordered the super pivot uppers and the lowers at an awesome price of 99 last wednesday. They are scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. have trackin information emailed to me and everything. POWER PERFORMANCE GETS AN A+ IN MY BOOKS. plus seeing there resolution to the problem stated earlier really makes me feel good about the company. I have to deal with customer complaints and customer service all day at work. They seem to have similar morals to make the customer happy.

I just got my order that I placed last week. Looked similar to moog but I can see some definate quality differences. I've used the moog extreme series uppers before and these have similar boot system. I can't wait till this weekend to get them on.

To my knowledge, there aren't any Moog ball joints that use a boot like our's. Maybe you are getting them confused with another brand?

mcquay norris was the brand sorry for the confusion. similare accordian style for uppers. although yours do feel much heavier then those did.

You're talking about Duralast, they have better boot design but not accordion, they do use same type clip ring.

I have pics of them somewhere.

Mc-Quay Norris doesn't use accordion boot either.

Nope was Mc-Quay Norris extreme series that I got just late last year on my '83 before I knew about PP. Thats what Checker had.

No prob. I seem to like them now. Just got the last two installed last night with new shocks and boy do they make a difference in the ride. Now just have to get the rear shocks installed tonight so that I'm not getting jostled by the back end. I was able to lightly push to compress the old shocks and had to use force to get them to extend(rough country). Installing Monroe sensa-tracs all around but the rears are the overload ones with the springs.
